The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

This 250mm x 200mm plain reducing bush is compatible with 250mm PVC pressure socket fittings, and 200mm PVC pressure pipe or spigot fittings. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.
The 250mm outer diameter of this reducing bush will slot inside the socket end of a plain 250mm fitting. 200mm pipe or spigot fittings (measuring 200mm outer diameter) will slot inside the 200mm socket end of this reducing bush.
