We understand that our customers may have concerns about how their data is used and would like to assure all that they are welcome to contact us if they have any queries. Plastic Pipe Shop Ltd will never sell, rent, or share your data with external parties for any reason other than completing the service we provide and understanding customer experience. If customers would prefer that their email and phone numbers are not shared with our outside carrier companies for delivery updates, they are welcome to get in touch and our sales team will make sure this does not happen.
Plastic Pipe Shop Ltd will only contact customers in regards to their orders (including incomplete carts and quotes), in response to customer-initiated contact, or where the customer has consented to receiving contact (i.e. newsletter subscribers and survey respondents).
