Delivery Methods

2-3 Working Day Delivery

This delivery method is available for most addresses - however, please note that this service is sometimes 3-5 working days to outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Northern Ireland all orders should be made via our sales team - please contact them by email or phone. This is due to complications with customs.

UK Islands & IOW all orders including pipe lengths and large hose coils - please call us for a quotation. Channel Islands and Northern Ireland deliveries - please call us to place an order.

Delivery cost depends on length of pipe being ordered and whether the address is commercial or residential.

Next Working Day Delivery

The next working day method is only available for UK mainland addresses. For next day delivery, your order needs to be placed before 3.15pm so that we can get it picked and packed for our carriers in time. Please note that we cannot guarantee next working day delivery due to issues our carriers might have after we dispatch your order with them.

Delivery cost depends on length of pipe being ordered and whether the address is commercial or residential.

A.M. Next Working Day Delivery

COVID-19 Update: this service is currently unavailable for full-length pipe orders due to the fact that we cannot guarantee AM delivery with the carrier. It is still available for cut pipes and fittings-only orders. This applies to all addresses.

This delivery method is only available for UK mainland addresses. For this delivery method, your order needs to be placed before 3.00pm so that we can get it picked and packed for our carriers in time. Please note we cannot guarantee your delivery will come before noon due to issues our carriers might have after we dispatch your order with them.

Delivery cost depends on length of pipe being ordered and whether the address is commercial or residential.

Saturday Delivery

COVID-19 Update: this service is currently unavailable to all addresses - this is due to the volumes of parcels carriers are dealing with.

This delivery method is only available for UK mainland addresses. Please note we cannot guarantee your delivery will come on Saturday due to issues our carriers might have after we dispatch your order with them.

Delivery cost depends on service required and parts being ordered. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs vary depending on postcode area, pipe length being ordered, and whether the delivery address is commercial or residential. These costs vary only because our carriers charge us extra to ship longer pieces of pipe - due to the size of truck required for delivery - and also for sending long pieces of pipe to residential addresses - due to large trucks needing taken into residential areas where travel and manoeuvring might be difficult.

Residential vs Commercial Address

The difference between what we recognise as a residential and a commercial address is whether or not it is registered as a business address. For example, if you run your business from your house but you haven't registered the address as a business, you will have to tell us that the address is residential.

The outcome of this difference is that residential deliveries of full-length pipes cost more, because our carrier, Tuffnells, charge us more for making their big trucks go to residential areas, which can be difficult to navigate in such a vehicle.

To avoid the extra charge, if you are getting a delivery to a residential address, you can select a delivery method where your pipe will be cut to 1.25m or less.
