Our 2-3 working day method is available for most addresses; however, please note that this service is sometimes 3-5 working days to outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. For 3-5 working day services, we cut our pipe lengths to 1m for easy transport (2.5m pipe lengths are cut to two pieces of 1m and one piece of 500mm).
Northern Ireland: all orders should be made via our sales team - please contact them by email or phone. This is due to complications with customs.
UK Islands & IOW: all orders including pipe lengths and large hose coils - please call us for a quotation. Channel Islands and Northern Ireland deliveries - please call us to place an order.
The next working day method is only available for UK mainland addresses. For next day delivery, your order needs to be placed before 3:00pm Monday-Thursday and 1:30pm Friday so that we can get it picked and packed for our carriers in time. Please note that we cannot guarantee next working day delivery due to issues our carriers might have after we dispatch your order with them.
Please note that delivery can be between 7am and 8pm - this is due to the carriers' routes for the day and is not in our control.
Our delivery costs vary depending on postcode area, pipe length being ordered, and whether the delivery address is commercial or residential. These costs vary only because our carriers charge us extra to ship longer pieces of pipe - due to the size of truck required for delivery - and also for sending long pieces of pipe to residential addresses - due to large trucks needing taken into residential areas where travel and manoeuvring might be difficult.
Please note that we do not profit from our delivery costs - any increases in price are due to increases our carriers have implemented.
We use the Royal Mail database to determine whether an address is residential or commercial, so please input your address as Royal Mail would format it. If you have not registered your address as a business (e.g. if you run your business from home), then our database will clasify it as residential.
Residential deliveries of full-length pipes over 3m cost more because our carrier, DX, charge us more for making their big trucks go to residential areas, which can be difficult to navigate in such a vehicle.
To avoid the extra charge, if you are getting a delivery to a residential address, you can purchase 1m lengths of our pipes instead but you will also need to purchase sockets to join the lengths.
We have a page detailing our returns information if you would like to return items to us.
