Please note that we are classified as a business to business supplier. We are happy to supply individuals; however, the terms of supply, with regards to the Distance Selling Regulations, remain a business to business (B2B) relationship.
Please advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, if there are any problems. All damages, shortfalls etc. must be noted on the carriers documents. Full or part pipe lengths, clear fittings and opened, uncoiled hoses cannot be returned due to marks invariably gained during handling and carriage.
Should you wish to return any parts, please notify us within seven days, or sooner if at all possible. All returned items MUST be accompanied by a returns note issued by our office (please call 01786 472850 to arrange this). We are unable to guarantee the correct return of any items not accompanied by the correct paperwork.
Items specially fabricated and/or supplied to the customer's specification cannot be returned. Items specially ordered in (i.e. those not normally shown available on our website or ordered in large quantities necessitating special deliveries from our suppliers) cannot be returned. Items that are not "normal" stock items and specially imported to the customers specification cannot be returned.
In the event of a customer ordering incorrect items, return carriage is payable by the customer and must be accompanied by our returns note which will be issued by our office. In such an event we reserve a right to charge up to 25% restocking fee plus recovery of the original carriage costs if deemed applicable. Once received, the returned items will be inspected and if passed as fit for resale, a refund will be made.
