Why Have the Delivery Costs Increased?

As of 17th September 2025, we had to increase our shipping method costs due to an increase in what we are charged by our carriers across all of their rates. We still do not make a profit on these costs.

Why Am I Not Seeing Cut Pipe Delivery Options?

We no longer offer cut pipe shipping methods for pipe lengths over 1m. However, we do now sell our grey PVC pipe in 1m lengths so that you can still purchase the pipes with the cheaper carriage costs.

Why Is There a Difference Between Residential and Business Delivery Costs?

The difference between full-length pipe over 3m deliveries to residential and business addresses is required by the carriers that we use - we do not profit from this additional charge. The reason the carriers charge us more is because they have to take a big truck into residential areas in order to deliver the 3m, 5m, or 6m pipes to your address.

Why Is There a Difference Between 2.5m and >3m Pipe Length Delivery Costs?

The difference between full-length 2.5m delivery and full-length 3m, 5m, and 6m delivery is required by the carriers that we use - this is an additional surcharge that we do not profit from.

Is My Address Classed as Business or Residential?

We understand that many of our customers operate a business from their home; however, this does not qualify the address as a business. If it is a house, it is classed as a residential address by our carriers. If it is a shop, office building, industrial unit, farm, or something other than a house, it is most likely a business address.

Why Am I Not Seeing the Delivery Methods/Prices Available for Business Addresses?

1. Is your delivery address technically a residential address? If so, you will only be able to use the delivery methods offered by our carriers to residential addresses.
2. We use a third-party company to make our shipping rules and they use the Royal Mail's database to determine whether an address is business or residential. Please ensure all the address fields are filled out correctly, as it would be formatted for Royal Mail, and refresh the shipping rates to check for the business delivery methods. For example, if your business is located on a farm, try using the name of the farm as the first line of the address.
3. If your delivery address should definitely be classed as a business and you have filled out the address fields correctly but are still only seeing residential methods and prices, please contact us to advise and our sales team will amend it for you.

Why Am I Not Seeing Any Delivery Options?

If you have entered all the required shipping details correctly and are using an address in the UK mainland or islands, it is likely that you are not seeing shipping methods due to a technical error. Please contact our sales team and they will be able to complete the order for you and make sure this is fixed for future orders.

If you are using an address that is in Northern Ireland and you aren't seeing any delivery methods, this is because customs complications require our sales team to place these orders manually. Please contact them to complete your order.

If you have ventilation parts in your basket and you aren't seeing any delivery methods, this is because our supplier does not have a set delivery cost. Please contact our sales team so they can get a quote for delivery costs to your address.
