Inch (Imperial) PVC Plain Fittings

Inch size (Imperial) Plain PVC Fittings are designed to link pieces of UPVC pipe of the same size category together by a solvent cement method.

The jointing method first requires the use of a solvent cleaner to remove any contaminants on the pipe and fitting, chamfering of the end of the pipe and "painting" cement to both the pipe and fitting before pushing firmly together. All our plain PVC fittings have a pressure rating of greater than 10bar and are fully WRAS approved for use with drinking water. Please note that inch (imperial) pipe and fittings ARE NOT interchangeable with metric sizes and ARE NOT compatible with waste pipe sizes.
