The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 63mm x 60/65mm plain spigot hose connector is compatible with 63mm PVC pressure socket fittings, and 60mm to 65mm ID flexible hoses. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

The 63mm outer diameter on the spigot end of this spigot hose connector will slot inside the socket end of a plain 63mm fitting. 60mm to 65mm ID flexible hoses will push over the 60mm/65mm barbed end of this spigot hose connector and be secured by adjustable hose clips.
