The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual
pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the
'de-rating multiple', as explained on our

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).
This 3/4" plain to threaded reinforced tee is compatible with 3/4" PVC pressure pipe and spigot fittings, and
3/4" BSP male threaded fittings. It is not compatible with metric PVC pressure pipes or plain fittings;
however, it is compatible with the 3/4" male threaded end of a metric plain to threaded fitting. 3/4"
pipe actually has an outside diameter of 26.7mm.
3/4" pipes or spigot fittings (measuring 26.7mm outer diameter) will slot inside the socketed branches of this
reinforced tee to be solvent welded. 3/4" male BSP threaded fittings will thread into the female threaded
branch of this reinforced tee.
