The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 32mm x 25mm plain reducing bush is compatible with 32mm PVC pressure socket fittings, and 25mm PVC pressure pipe or spigot fittings. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

The 32mm outer diameter of this reducing bush will slot inside the socket end of a plain 32mm fitting. 25mm pipe or spigot fittings (measuring 25mm outer diameter) will slot inside the 25mm socket end of this reducing bush.
