The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 200mm / 8" full face gasket is compatible with 200mm PVC full face flanges, and 8" PVC full face flanges. It will be bolted to the flat back of a 200mm or 8" full face flange to create a seal.
