The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 16mm plain 90° elbow is compatible with 16mm PVC pressure pipe and spigot fittings. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

16mm pipes or spigot fittings (measuring 16mm outer diameter) will slot inside the ends of this 90° elbow to be solvent welded.
