The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 160mm x 110mm plain reducing bush is compatible with 160mm PVC pressure socket fittings, and 110mm PVC pressure pipe or spigot fittings. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

The 160mm outer diameter of this reducing bush will slot inside the socket end of a plain 160mm fitting. 110mm pipe or spigot fittings (measuring 110mm outer diameter) will slot inside the 110mm socket end of this reducing bush.
