The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 160mm plain full face flange is compatible with 160mm PVC pressure pipe. It is not compatible with inch PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

160mm pipes (measuring 160mm outer diameter) will slot inside the socket end of this full face flange to be solvent welded.
