The pressure rating of PVC pipe and fittings reduces with increasing temperature. To calculate the actual pressure rating of the product at each temperature, the noted pressure rating must be multiplied by the 'de-rating multiple', as explained on our PVC category page.

PVC pipe has a recommended operating temperature of 0 - 60° centigrade (32 - 140°F).

This 110mm x 90mm plain reducing socket is compatible with 110mm PVC pressure pipe or spigot fittings and 90mm PVC pressure pipe or spigot fittings. It is not compatible with imperial PVC pressure pipes or fittings.

110mm pipe or spigot fittings (measuring 110mm outer diameter) will slot inside the 110mm end of this reducing socket. 90mm pipe or spigot fittings (measuring 90mm outer diameter) will slot inside the 90mm socket end of this reducing socket.
